Toyota Innova Hire in Delhi to Rajasthan Tour Package
Jaipur is the administrative capital of the Rajasthan and being the capital of the state there are some parts of the city which is heavily modernised, with the state of the art infrastructure, high rise buildings, widened roads, Metro trains and the city can certainly give a run for money for any other major city in India. That being said the old city from the times of Maharajas has been preserved well and while the modernised city is mesmerising and keeps you in awe the old and the ancient city will transport you to a civilisation which was high on color,Vibe, artisitic , architectural brilliance and will keep you wanting for a time freeze.
Jodhpur(Blue city)
The city does bleed blue while Jodhpur is very majestic for its forts, palaces it seems like the kings of those times were in a competition to make there respective province outshine others and in the battle of royals for a better and majestic palaces, forts they ended up creating landscapes which are still standing strong defying time and making a mockery of the advancement in modern architecture. I would certainly not forget the experience we had to go through in one of the markets of Jodhpur, google maps decided to mess with us and we ended up entering a narrow market lane which later we realized that we can not get back nor go ahead and thanks to the expert driving skills of my friend Jibran Baig we made it our with minimum damage. We officially were the only people who took a car into those narrow lanes and made it out of the market with the car in a single piece. While we had some really kind people who went out of the way to make sure that the car makes it out of the streets safely. There were some who were enjoying our agony and i thank the people who helped us and feel happy that we must have been the but of jokes for some people out in that market that day during there dinner time.
UDAIPUR(LAKE CITY)
I was quite amazed how these architect’s conceptualized such a beautiful city, with a lake int the middle and a city erected by its banks and if that was not enough, they went a step further and even build a palace in midst of the lake. What made me guessing further was about the palace’s in the middle of the lake,in spite of the passage of time these palace’s do not show any glimpse of wearing out they still look and feel they will last forever. Its only later through my further research i found out that these were artificial lakes and that it was Founded by Udai Singh II in 1559, what a vision he had i personally believe its the most beautiful man made city by any king and Udaipur will stay beautiful until Nature or modernization thinks other wise and bring destruction to its banks.
Jaisalmer(Golden city)
I always wanted to see how a desert looks and since my childhood days my teachers had imbibed the very fact that Rajasthan is a synonym with desert, which is completely Untrue. So Jaisalmer is called the golden city because the city from the heights of Jaisalmer fort looks like the walls are gold plated, its because of the stones which are locally available in Jaisalmer which does the trick and the Rajasthani association with having there cities draped in unique color, like a uniform is something you get used to.The people here are very warm the hotels are high on standards, the city is exceptionally clean and this was even echoed by one of the Korean tourist, Kevin who i had a chat with during my coffee time in the hotel.I did thoroughly enjoy the desert safari, the camel ride through the desert, the desert stay in the tent and the bucket list is ticked of the desert experience.
What desert stay taught me was the sun can be cruel can burn you with its harshness but its has to go away with time and can only come back after an interval. Nothing lasts for ever the sunny afternoons has to make its way for a cooler night in the desert just like the hardships in our life.
